Hello Teresa, you are one of the hardest worker i know! We truly thank you for everything you have done to help us out. You have been there from the beginning to the very end. I do not know what i would had done without you. I was under a lot of stress and you came along and took some of it away from me. If their's anyone out there want or need a wedding planner Teresa McCalop is the one for you! You can trust & believe me. She is on point with checking on you just about everyday! Teresa done an amazing job!! I would recommend her to anyone, plus she is a sweetheart!! Anything you need to know, she will help you in everyway she can. Either way, the job will get done! I was referred to Teresa from a coworker who used her as her wedding planner. I threw a carnival theme 1st birthday party for my son and knew that I wanted a professional to help mainly with the day
of details. I was lucky enough to find Teresa who from the first moment we met, treated my event just like it was just as big as a wedding. Throughout the entire planning process she kept in contact
making sure things were on schedule. Last minute I was looking for photography and an ice cream vender and she quickly set me up with 2 awesome vendors! She confirmed with all my vendors days prior
to the event which was so helpful. The day of, when I was frantic due to the high winds causing decor to be a problem, Teresa stayed calm and with her organization and quick thinking, everything
somehow was completed and beautiful prior to guests arriving. I was able to enjoy my son, family and friends and did not have to worry about anything!! I would recommend Teresa to anyone planning any

Teresa is awesome from the planning to completion, She is on time, respond immediately, and she is very resourceful and well connected with local vendors. I knew exactly what I wanted from my dress to my cake to my venue. I didn't need a wedding planner I thought why hire a wedding planner until about 6 months before my wedding I began searching and when I spoke with Teresa I knew she was the one in our first I! She sealed everything! She is very on point with schedule and timing. She will force you to be ready and i'm always late for everything so I know I would have my first waiting my wedding day not with Teresa I walked out at about 4:59 PM. She made our day everything we wanted and more! She doesn't work off how much she's paid she works from the heart that's what I loved most!

Teresa is a wonderful lady. I knew from the moment that I met her that she was the right coordinator for our wedding. She was very helpful and thorough. Our wedding was June 2021 during the Covid pandemic. She saw to every detail and remained hopeful and upbeat that the wedding would proceed. I was able to relax during the planning time because I knew she had everything covered. I had no doubt that our wedding would be great. When the day came I can say that I was truly blow away. It is 1 thing to talk and plan but another to behold. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
I will definitely use her for future events. -
We hired Totally Beautiful Moments for our daughter's wedding, Desirae Howard Johnson. From the very first day Teresa was awesome! I've known her fir years but this was tge first time we did business together. She was very efficient with planning and keeping us on task with our to do list. The day of the wedding was Amazing!! Everything went very timely and smoothly. Teresa worked tirelessly to ensure everything was set up properly and it was beautiful. She made our daughter special day even more spectacular. The team at Totally Beautiful Moments Weddings and Events exceeded my high expectations. I had seen some of their work at several events I had attended. I knew Teresa and team were good but my previous experiences had only scratched the surface. I was able to give them the basics of a vision for my 50th birthday and they were able to bring that dream to life.
They were an excellent resource for vendors and a great liaison between the vendors and me. It was obvious in the reactions that Teresa has a great rapport with the vendors and they have a high level of respect for her.
Teresa is well organized. She pays attention to the smallest of details that collectively make a big statement. My guests were awed by the special touches found throughout the room. Elegant and beautiful are understatements for how well the room was arranged and decorated.
Teresa was attentive to the personal details that mattered to me. She took the stress of planning away from me. Teresa was always available for questions. Communication was open and clear. Teresa was always on time for meetings. She promptly followed up when necessary. She brought me options; I made decisions and she executed each task perfectly. I was able to go into my event assured everything had been taken care of. All I had to do was show up and enjoy myself. I was aware they had several other major events going on during the planning of my event. I never felt rushed or pushed off to the side. I always felt like I was their number one customer.
I have planned various personal and professional events. I went into this thinking I could plan it myself. I initially thought to hire Teresa to only coordinate the day of. The best decision I made in this event was to hire Totally Beautiful Moments Weddings and Events to plan the party and decorate the venue. I could not have asked for a smoother process. We hired Teresa and her team at Totally Beautiful Moments for our wedding planner and to decorate for the ceremony and reception for September 3, 2022. We purchased the Rose Full Package. I must say I had no regrets. My entire wedding planning process was stress free. I gave her my vision and she took it from there. Teresa made sure all vendors were paid on time before deadlines. She really kept us on point the closer it got to my wedding date. During the year leading up to my wedding, not only did we find a wedding planner but we found a genuine, kind hearted and sweet person that we admire so much. We connected on so many levels throughout the process. Teresa made our wedding experience so remarkable. She is always on time for all appointments that were scheduled and always going the extra mile for her brides. Teresa was also present at our engagement photo session and gave her input and suggestions to our photographer. Teresa also network with a lot of people. She recommended the photographer, cake vendor and make-up artist. All three did an awesome job.
The days leading up to the wedding were still stress free. Teresa told me no worries and that everything was going to be beautiful. On our wedding day, the decorations were elegant and stunning just as we had imagined. The bouquets were beautiful. Everything was over the top.
I must say Teresa and her team did an awesome job. We chose the perfect team for our special day. Our guests were very impressed with my decorations and everything was so beautiful. We have gotten so many compliments about our wedding thanks to Totally Beautiful Moments.
